Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy :

Payment at the time of booking – 50 % of the total tour cost apart from Airline tickets.
Remaining 50 % payment 30 days prior to arrival.
In case booking is made less than 15 days 100% payment at the time of booking.
The Company may insist on full payment for special tours and special cases.

Cancellation policy :

All cancellation requests need to be sent in a written e-mail from the same email ID that was used to make a booking and have to be reconfirmed by replying to our cancellation confirmation email.
Minimum cancellation charges of INR 5000 per person would be deducted as communication fees.
If booking is cancelled 45 days prior to the arrival date whole advance payment is eligible for refund deducting the transaction charges for receiving advance payment, bank charges on sending refund, any cancellation charges levied by Airlines for flight ticket cancellation, train ticket cancellation charges by Indian railways and cancellation charges by hotels booked.
If the booking Is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be made out of advance payment given to us.
